Embodied Practices to
Ally with Nature and
Heal with the Earth

Humans are Nature.

It is time to step fully into relationship with our wild kin and actively embody our innate interconnection with the living Earth.

Modern society has driven most of us away from full engagement within the relational field of more-than-human Nature. We have become de-sensitized to the power of the elements, we have forgotten how to hear the quiet voices of the flora & fauna, and to perceive the subtle realms of Nature and Spirit.

Our capacity for expanded sensory awareness and direct experience of interconnection with all life is waiting to be awakened within each of us.

Greetings! I’m a Wildlife Tracker, Interspecies Communicator, and Nature Connection Facilitator.

For over 25 years, I have been practicing ways of deepening connection with self and nature through psychoeducation, neuroscience, somatics and energy awareness. My work is informed by over 20 years as a professional Massage Therapist and Bodyworker, with studies and practice including Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Trauma Integration, Emotional Clearing, Craniosacral Therapy, Chakra-work, Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridians and Five Elements theory.

I’ve studied wildlife tracking through Shikari Tracker Mentoring with Jon Young and Josh Lane, and Tom Brown Jr.’s Tracker School. I’m a graduate of the Kamana Naturalist Training Program, and have studied Interspecies Communication with Anna Breytenbach and Wynter Worsthorne.

My passion is to consciously weave Nature into the healing journey. I find great depth and empowerment in applying perspectives such as neuroscience and energy awareness to Nature Connection practices, and strongly feel called to share my experience with others. (More about me and my journey coming soon!)
